Crux Wilderness Therapy Raffle — Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
Open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 or older. Employees, board members, and immediate family members of Crux Wilderness Therapy are not eligible to participate.

No Purchase Necessary:
No donation, payment, or purchase is required to enter or win. One free entry is available to each eligible person.

Entry Limits:
Limit one (1) free entry per person.
Participants may also obtain additional entries through paid donations or any other manner as described in the official raffle materials. Each paid entry will count for as many additional entries as described in the official raffle materials, thereby increasing the participant’s overall chances of winning.
(Making a donation increases the number of entries received but does not increase the odds of winning per entry.)

How to Enter Without Purchase:
Complete and submit this form in full to receive one (1) free entry. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.

Entry Period:
All entries—free and paid—must be received by the stated deadline listed on the official raffle materials. Late entries will not be accepted.

Winner Selection:
Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries submitted (both paid and free).

Notification:
Winners will be notified using the contact information provided. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize:
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for another item.

Liability Release:
By entering, participants agree that Crux Wilderness Therapy, its affiliates, and representatives are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation or prize use.

General Conditions:
Crux Wilderness Therapy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle at any time if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise its fairness or integrity.
